I didn't realize it at the time, but my 13 years as a musterer on some of the largest sheep stations in New Zealand set the platform for my photography.

 During this time my camera was always in my saddlebag or oilskin pocket. 

Many years later after moving to Naseby my passion for photography was reignited. I once again felt connected to the land and the skies of the Māniatoto. 

I try to put the effort in, and earn every shot. Hopefully this is reflected in my photos.
